Vertiturn turning and carousel machines are designed for roughing and finishing of various blanks made of ferrous and non-ferrous metals in conditions of individual and serial production. KZTS company produces single-column and double-column turning and carousel machines of the VT series.
Technological capabilities of the machines:- 2-coordinate processing (X,Z);
- processing range: 1200-1600 mm (for single-column) and 2500-3150 mm (for double-column);
- grinding and boring of cylindrical and conical surfaces;
- grinding of end surfaces, including with a constant cutting speed;
- cutting of grooves and a segment;
- drilling, countersinking and deployment of central holes;
- cutting cylindrical and conical threads;
