BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

Vertimaster machining centers are designed for turning, milling, boring and abrasive processing of large-sized products made of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and other materials in conditions of individual and serial production.
The plant produces the following series of centers: VM, VMG (L, F), VMT.
- two-, three-, four- and five-coordinate turning;
- drilling/milling;
- turning of end, cylindrical, conical and curved surfaces of external and internal contours of the type of bodies of rotation;
- threading on external and internal surfaces of rotation;
- milling of straight and curved surfaces;
- drilling, boring, countersinking and deployment on any surfaces of the part;
- various types of special treatments (grinding, knurling).
